Wireless Message Routing Service (WMRS)

NeuStar's Wireless Message Routing Service (WMRS) offers query-based access for real-time routing of multimedia (MMS) traffic. This service provides the TN (telephone)-to-URL (uniform resource locator) mapping for reliable message termination between service providers. The subscriber's application queries WMRS, which responds with terminating service provider information.
