Neustar Wireless Message Routing Service (WMRS) offers query-based access for real-time routing of Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) traffic. This service provides the telephone to uniform resource locator (TN-to-URL) mapping for reliable message termination between service providers. The subscriber's application queries WMRS, which responds with terminating service provider information.
