Service Order Administration

Neustar Service Order Administration (SOA) interfaces with the Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC) to allow service providers to complete number porting requests, whether they are wireless, wireline, or wireline-to-wireless (intermodal) requests. When using SOA within Neustar's clearinghouse, service providers realize the benefits of an end-to-end porting process - from Local Service Request (LSR) for wireline number porting and Inter-Carrier Communications Process (ICP) for wireless number porting requests - integrated with SOA. This saves keystrokes and unnecessary "swivel-chair" scenarios.
